As a therapist, I recognize that each individual is unique with specific needs; therefore, my therapeutic approach is eclectic and integrative. I am mindful that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all model and aim to adapt accordingly. As a systemic thinker, I value exploring the impact relationships and systems have on individual behavior.
