I value
honesty - communication - authenticity

As a therapist, I recognize that each individual is unique with specific needs; therefore, my therapeutic approach is eclectic and integrative. I am mindful that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all model and aim to adapt accordingly. As a systemic thinker, I value exploring the impact relationships and systems have on individual behavior. I aim to support individuals as they navigate through their healing journey to achieve emotional wellness, authenticity and develop a healthy relationship with themselves and others.

my approach

To be seen is to be known.

“Together, we will work through overwhelming feelings to help you gain insight, cultivate strength, and develop coping skills to provide you with the tools to manage difficult emotions, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions.”
